HC402 Replacement Servo Motor is the proportional servo motor itself from AXI Technology's HCT402 wireless hydraulic-lever control kit — supplied with its mounting bracket and wiring harness, without a remote. It is identical hardware to the motor shipped in the standard kit: it pairs directly with your existing HCT402 or HCT402-2J remote, so a hydraulic lever gets wireless proportional control without buying a new kit.

The high-torque HC402 applies roughly 20 kgf to the hydraulic lever; its parabolic proportional control algorithm gives millimetre precision near the joystick's centre and fast response at the extremes. A wide 7–40 V DC supply range connects to 12 V and 24 V vehicles without a converter, and reverse-polarity protection guards the system against wrong wiring. Use it as a replacement, add-on or second-lever motor on cranes, hydraulic buckets, tippers, farm machinery, construction equipment and any hydraulic-lever application.

How to Install and Pair

Mount on the bracket

Fix the motor next to the hydraulic lever with the supplied bracket; attach the lever fork so it covers the lever's full travel.

Power and calibrate

Connect the harness to a 7–40 V DC supply (reverse-polarity protected); calibrate motor travel and, if needed, direction reversal.

Pair with the remote

Pair your HCT402 or HCT402-2J remote to the motor within 50 m; test the lever slowly in both directions and confirm the Emergency Stop.
