HCT402 Replacement Remote Control is the handheld unit only from AXI Technology's HCT402 hydraulic-lever conversion kit — no servo motor, mounting bracket or wiring harness included. If you already have a working HCT402 system installed, this lets you buy just the remote.

The remote is identical hardware to the one that ships with a standard HCT402 kit: get it to replace a lost or damaged remote, hand a second operator their own unit, or keep spare stock for fleet vehicles running HCT402. You pair it to your existing HC402 servo motor yourself, within 50 metres.

Swap without touching the install. If the remote is lost or faulty, the servo motor, bracket and wiring on your vehicle stay untouched — just pair the new remote and keep working.

Prep the vehicle and motor

Power the HC402 servo motor and keep the lever's range of motion clear.

Joystick right + release Emergency Stop

On the new remote, hold the joystick right while releasing the Emergency Stop button to start pairing.

Test it

Move the lever slowly in both directions to confirm response, then test the Emergency Stop.

This remote is only compatible with standard HCT402 systems (HC402 servo motor). The HCT402-D differential-drive kit uses a wired joystick, and the HCT402-KM remote adds 2 extra buttons (Starter and Stop) — both are physically different remotes and are not compatible with this unit. If you're unsure, send a photo of your current remote and we'll confirm the right product.
