What should I do if the pairing is lost?
First confirm that it really is a pairing problem: check the remote's battery/charge, the receiver supply, the fuse and the antenna connection. If those are sound, apply the teach-in procedure in the user manual again. Carry out the operation with the power circuit disconnected and at close range to the receiver, then verify each channel one by one.
A lack of response is most often caused not by pairing but by simpler reasons. Check in order:
- Remote supply: the state of charge on the Li-Po model, and the condition and polarity of the 3xAAA batteries on the battery model.
- Receiver supply: terminal voltage, fuse, loose wire.
- Antenna: is the connection sound, is it outside the enclosure and vertical, is the cable crushed.
- Distance and interference: if it works when you approach the receiver, the problem is not pairing but range or interference.
- Output side: if the relay is heard but there is no motion, the problem is the contactor, limit switch or thermal overload relay.
If these steps do not solve the problem, repeat the teach-in procedure. Disconnect the machine's power circuit before the operation; test commands must not start unexpected motion. Carry out teach-in at close range to the receiver.
If the connection still cannot be established after repeating teach-in, there may be a fault in the device itself; contact technical support with the serial number and purchase details. Do not try the steps of the teach-in procedure by guesswork, follow the sequence in the manual.
