Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Before the order is handed to the courier, it is cancelled free of charge when you notify us in writing stating your order number, and the payment is refunded to the same payment method within three to seven business days. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; from that stage on, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal that starts at delivery applies.
You must submit the cancellation request in writing. The request e-mail should contain the order number, your name and surname or company title, and the items you want to cancel. Partial cancellation is also possible; in that case, if the remaining cart amount drops below the free shipping threshold, the shipping charge may be recalculated.
Timing matters:
- Before shipping: free cancellation, the amount is refunded to the same payment instrument within three to seven business days. On a credit card, the amount appearing on the statement can take two to fourteen business days depending on the bank.
- After shipping: not cancellation, but the right of withdrawal applies. You may withdraw without giving a reason within fourteen days from the delivery date.
If your order still goes out for shipping after you send a cancellation request, accepting the package and moving to the right-of-withdrawal process is the fastest solution.
