Undelivered Shipment

A shipment that could not be delivered because no one was at the address, the address was incorrect, or the recipient refused the package. Carrier companies usually make another delivery attempt; the package is then held at the branch for a limited period and is returned to the sender if not collected.

An undeliverable shipment is not lost in the system; it is queued according to the carrier's procedure. Meanwhile you will see a movement record on the tracking screen such as could not be reached at address or waiting at branch.

The easiest way to avoid delay is to follow the tracking record when the shipping notification arrives and to have someone reachable at the address on the delivery day. Bear in mind that delivery cannot be made outside working hours at industrial addresses. If the package must be collected from the branch, ID and the tracking number are requested. Application of the process runs within the framework of the carrier's rules and the terms on your order page.
