Shipping & Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Region

Your orders are delivered only to the address you specify within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye. International shipping is not provided.

2. Courier Company

Your orders are shipped via our contracted courier company. Your shipment tracking number is sent to you by e-mail after the order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

• Your order is dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is approved and the stock check is completed.
• Shipping time varies between 1-5 business days depending on the delivery address.
• The total delivery time is legally a maximum of 30 business days.
• No shipping operations are carried out on weekends and public holidays.

4. Shipping Fee

• Shipping is FREE for orders of 2.500 TL and above.
• For orders below 2.500 TL, the shipping fee is clearly stated in your cart and on the payment page.
• An additional service fee may be charged for the cash-on-delivery option.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

• A notification is sent to your registered e-mail address,
• The courier company's tracking number is included in the e-mail,
• You can track your order status from the "My Orders" page.

6. Receiving the Package

• If you are not at the address when the courier arrives, the courier company usually makes a 2nd attempt.
• Packages that cannot be delivered on the second attempt either are held at the courier branch for a period; packages not collected from the branch within this period may be returned.
• Always inspect the package in the presence of the courier when receiving it. If you notice damage, wetness or crushing, do not accept the package and have the situation noted on the courier's record.

7. Damaged / Missing Delivery

If the product is delivered damaged or incomplete:

• If you notice damage when receiving the package, have the courier officer make a written record and do not accept the package.
• If you notice damage/missing items after delivery, notify teknolojiaxi@gmail.com with photographs within 2 days.

8. Delivery Delay

Delivery may be delayed due to extraordinary circumstances (bad weather, courier-related disruptions, natural disasters, etc.). In such cases, our customers are informed by e-mail or phone. The SELLER does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier company.

9. Invoice

• The invoice for all your orders is sent inside the shipping package together with the product.
• For corporate (company) invoice requests, you must enter the company title, tax number and tax office information in the "invoice information" section during the order.
• For return transactions, returning the invoice together with the product is mandatory.
