Shipment Tracking Number

The tracking code given to the shipment by the carrier firm. It is sent when the product is handed to the courier and shows the package's branch movements, its dispatch for delivery and the delivery information. Before the number is created, it means the shipment has not yet been handed to the carrier.

The tracking code links the order's record on the store side with the record on the carrier side. The moment the code is generated, the order status moves to the shipped stage; after this stage the route to cancelling the order is closed.

If no movement appears on the tracking screen for a long time, first confirm that the code is being queried on the correct carrier site, then open a support request together with your order number. On palletised or bulky shipments the tracking record may contain less detail than standard package shipments. For binding information on delivery times, the current terms on your order page and in the sales contract apply.
