Return Authorization Code
The reference given after the return request has been reviewed, which matches the package to be sent back with the relevant order. Shipments dispatched without obtaining a code lengthen the process because their source cannot be identified; the code also records which items are to be returned.
The code is the identity information of the return flow. Which customer, which order and which reason a package arriving at the warehouse belongs to can only be understood quickly with this reference. Otherwise the package waits, the inspection does not start and the refund process runs late.
- Submit the request in writing together with the order number and the reason for return.
- After the request has been reviewed, the code and the return shipping instructions are sent to you.
- Write the code on and inside the package; also add a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
The code having been issued does not mean the return has been accepted; when the product arrives, the packaging, accessories and condition of use are checked and the outcome is determined accordingly. In returns under the right of withdrawal, what matters is that the notice was made within the period; the code is an operational step generated after that notice. The return shipping address and procedure are in the instructions given to you; for general terms the return text on your order page applies.
