Who pays the return shipping cost?
If the product was delivered defective, wrong or incomplete, the return shipping cost belongs to the seller. If there is nothing wrong with the product and you are exercising your right of withdrawal, the cost of sending it back belongs to the consumer. Always make the shipment with the return code and instructions sent to you; otherwise matching the package may be delayed.
The sharing of the cost is determined by the source of the problem:
- The seller pays: defective product, wrong product shipped, missing part, damage occurring in transport. In these cases no extra shipping charge is passed on to you.
- The consumer pays: returns where the fourteen-day right of withdrawal is exercised even though the product is faultless.
The order of operations is as follows: a written return request is sent, the request is reviewed within one to two business days and the return code and shipping instructions are sent to you by e-mail, the product is sent in accordance with those instructions, and after it arrives it is checked within two to five business days.
The return shipping address is sent together with the code; do not send it by guessing the address. The refund is transferred to the same payment instrument within fourteen days at the latest after the check is completed. For your questions use the contact page.
