Which type of tractors is the ELF-812 designed for?
The ELF-812 is for tractors whose rear links are managed with a classic hydraulic control lever. The linear rack motor is attached onto this lever and the electronic control module drives the lever; the links are then managed with a joystick, fender switches or a remote control. The system works with position and sensitivity modes and performs automatic calibration after installation.
When assessing suitability, look at this: does your tractor have a hand-operated hydraulic control lever that raises and lowers the rear links, and is there room around that lever to fix the linear motor? If the answer is yes, the ELF-812 can be applied.
The set contains the following: electronic control module, linear rack motor, joystick control unit, fender switches, remote control, mounting hardware and manual. The housing is a closed type suited to harsh agricultural conditions. The product has a 36-month warranty.
Typical areas of use are headland manoeuvres with implements such as cultivators and chisels, constant height in fertiliser spreading and spraying, repeatable depth on a seed drill, and lever positioning in trailer/load work.
Important: the ELF-812 does not pull a cable, so it solves a different problem from the LFT20/LFT54. If your tractor has a cable-controlled Lift-O-Matic and all you want is quick lifting, the LFT series is a simpler solution.
