Which payment methods can I use?
The methods currently offered on the payment page are credit/debit card and bank transfer/EFT. Card payments are taken over the QNBPay secure payment infrastructure. The cash on delivery option is not currently enabled in the system. For bank transfer/EFT, the account details are sent on the order confirmation screen and in the confirmation e-mail.
Two payment channels can be used:
- Credit card / debit card: the payment is processed over the QNBPay infrastructure with a 3D verification flow. Card details are not stored on the seller's side.
- Bank transfer / EFT: the account details are sent after you create the order. Writing your order number in the description field speeds up matching.
Cash on delivery does not appear as an option not because it is contrary to legislation, but because it is switched off in the store settings. The cash on delivery wording that appears in some legal texts is out of date; what applies is the option list you see on the payment page.
We have no published table on instalment counts, bank campaigns or deferred payment terms for corporate purchases. For information on these matters, reach us before ordering via the contact page; if such an option exists we will confirm the terms in writing.
