What is the free shipping limit, and how is the shipping charge determined?
Shipping is free on orders that reach and exceed a cart total of two thousand five hundred lira. On orders below the threshold, the shipping charge is calculated as a separate line in the cart summary and is visible before payment. The threshold value is a setting that can be updated from the panel; the current amount is always shown on the cart page.
The shipping charge is calculated automatically in the cart and is clearly visible before the payment step. If your cart total exceeds the free shipping threshold this line is zeroed out; if it stays below, the standard shipping charge in force is added.
Practical notes:
- The threshold calculation is made on the product amount; the shipping line itself is not counted.
- If the amount drops below the threshold after a partial cancellation or removing a product from the cart, the shipping charge may be recalculated.
- The threshold and the shipping charge are settings that can be changed from the management panel. For this reason the binding source is the amount you see in the cart summary when confirming the order.
For defective, wrong or incompletely delivered products, the return shipping cost belongs to the seller; in that case no extra transport charge is passed on to you. For shipping terms on bulk and corporate purchases you can request a quotation via the contact page.
