What condition does the product need to be in for a return?
The product to be returned must be complete and undamaged with its original box, packaging and accessories, unused and in resaleable condition. The original invoice must be sent with the product and the return request must be submitted in writing. For returns of defective products these conditions are naturally assessed differently.
The conditions expected in returns under the right of withdrawal:
- All accessories such as the original box, protective packaging, cable, connectors and mounting parts complete.
- The product may have been tried out, but it must not have been used, installed, had its cable cut or been permanently modified.
- No courier tape stuck on the box and nothing written on it; send the box inside a separate carton.
- The original invoice must be sent with the product.
Within the withdrawal period the consumer may try the goods in a way suited to their function and characteristics of use; but is responsible for loss of value arising from use beyond ordinary inspection. That is, examining the product does not prevent the return, whereas having it installed and run in the field may lead to a loss-of-value assessment.
For defective, wrong or incomplete products these conditions are not required; in such a case notify us directly and let the options of replacement, repair or refund be considered, with the shipping cost belonging to the seller.
