What comes out of the box in a crane remote control set?
The SF100 set contains the LF200 remote control, the LF100R panel-mount receiver, an antenna, a wiring diagram and a user manual. The SF200 set comes with the LF200 remote control, the LT200R IP67 receiver, an antenna and cable glands, a diagram and a manual. The ST series includes the Li-Po rechargeable LT200 remote control and the AXI-Link 3-pin charging connector.
The set content is built on the trio of remote control, receiver and antenna:
- SF100: LF200 remote control (3xAAA batteries, IP64), LF100R panel-mount receiver (2x10A relay outputs), antenna, wiring diagram, user manual.
- SF200: LF200 remote control, LT200R IP67 outdoor receiver, antenna and cable glands, wiring diagram, user manual.
- ST100 / ST200: LT200 Li-Po rechargeable IP67 remote control, the receiver according to the relevant channel option, and the AXI-Link 3-pin industrial charging connector.
What you generally need to obtain separately before installation is as follows: a suitable source for the receiver supply, contactors and thermal protection, a fuse on the receiver supply line, cable trunking and terminals, and blanking plugs for unused holes in outdoor mounting. Since the box content may vary by product variant, check the set content list on the relevant product page before ordering.
When you open the box, keep the diagram and the manual; you will use the pairing (teaching) procedure and the terminal numbers again in particular when teaching a spare remote control later.
