What do the LED and buzzer warnings indicate, and what should I do in each case?

The HCT402 reports three conditions via LED and buzzer: loss of motor connection, low battery and charging status. The LED codes show charge level; flashing red means low battery or charging, blue means mid level, flashing green means nearly full, and steady green means 100%. On the HCT400, a visual warning is given when the battery drops below 5%.

The HCT402's smart warning system protects the operator against surprise interruptions.

Warning categories:

LED color codes: flashing red = low battery or charging · blue = mid level · flashing green = nearly full · steady green = 100%.

Charging uses the AXI-Link three-pin industrial connector and a standard USB source (cigarette lighter socket, power bank or adapter). The remote accepts no commands while charging, so a "doesn't work while charging" condition is not a fault.

The audible alert is also heard on correct supply connection: the HCT402 comes online with an audible confirmation when wired correctly.
