In how many days is my order shipped and when will it reach me?
After payment approval and the stock check, orders are shipped within one to three business days. Transit time is one to five business days depending on the address. This puts the typical delivery time in the range of two to eight business days. In busy periods and cases of force majeure this period may extend.
The time consists of two independent components:
- Preparation: one to three business days after payment approval and stock verification. For bank transfer/EFT the clock starts when the payment reaches the account.
- Transit: the delivery time of the contracted courier company, one to five business days depending on the address. Provincial centres are usually at the lower end of the range and rural addresses at the upper end.
For custom-made products, products with custom software loaded, or products with cable lengths prepared to your specification, the preparation time may be longer; for such orders the delivery date is separately confirmed before the order.
In any case the statutory upper limit applies: in distance sales the order must be fulfilled within the promised period and at the latest within thirty days. Your tracking number is sent by e-mail at the moment of shipping. If you think there is a delay, contact us with your order number.
