How long is the warranty period on AXI products?
There is no single general warranty period; the period varies by product. The GS740 and GS740-3P are thirty-six months, the HCT402 has twenty-four months full warranty and a ten-year spare parts commitment, the KTS200 and SAROZ K.E.V.2 sets are two years, the SAROZ spare remote control is one year, and the LFT54 is three years. The LFT20 is outside the scope of warranty. The legislation, meanwhile, imposes a minimum two-year rule.
The warranty period is product-based. Verified values:
- GS740 and GS740-3P: thirty-six months
- HCT402: twenty-four months full warranty, plus a ten-year spare parts and technical service commitment
- KTS200: two years
- SAROZ K.E.V.2 wired sets: two years
- SAROZ wireless spare remote control: one year
- LFT54: three years
- LFT20: outside the scope of warranty because it has no current and position protection
For products not on this list, the technical table on the product page and the warranty certificate supplied with the product are authoritative for the period. The ten-year spare parts commitment applies only to the HCT402 and cannot be generalised to other products.
Pursuant to Article 6 of the Warranty Certificate Regulation, for goods for which a warranty certificate must be issued the period starts from the delivery date and is a minimum of two years; even if a shorter period has been stated, the minimum period applies.
