Do you ship abroad?
For orders placed through the site, delivery is made only within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye; we do not ship abroad. We can separately assess corporate or project-based requests requiring delivery abroad; for such needs you must apply in writing through the channels on the contact page.
The online order flow is designed for domestic addresses. The payment and shipping integration does not produce a foreign address, customs declaration or export documentation; for this reason no foreign address option is offered in the cart.
If you have a corporate requirement, an assessment can be made. Providing the following information in your application speeds up the process:
- The product models and quantities requested
- The destination country and your expected delivery terms
- The recipient company title and tax/registration details
- Any certification or labelling requirements in the destination country
We remind you that on such shipments customs duties, import charges and local conformity obligations arise on the buyer's side. Send your request via e-mail or the form on the contact page; no shipment is started before suitability and terms are confirmed in writing. If you take delivery at an address within Türkiye and export the shipment abroad yourself, responsibility for any damage occurring in transit and for the customs processes rests with you; we recommend that you inform us of this choice before ordering.
