Are my credit card details safe, are they stored?

Your card details are not stored on the seller's side. Payments are processed over the QNBPay secure payment infrastructure and card data is handled in that infrastructure's certified environment. On the site side only the order amount, payment status and transaction reference are kept; the card number or security code is not recorded.

The payment architecture works like this: the screen where you enter your card details belongs to the payment institution's infrastructure. The details do not reach us in raw form, so there is no field such as card number, expiry date or CVV/CVC in our database.

Points you should watch out for in terms of security:

The detailed explanation regarding the processing of your personal data is on the privacy policy page. If there is a transaction you are suspicious about, first call your bank and temporarily block the card, then notify us with your order number from the contact page. You can also check whether the payment has been collected and your order status from the My Orders page in your account. In failed card transactions the amount blocked by the bank returns to your card limit after the authorisation is cancelled; this period is a bank operation and cannot be sped up by the seller.
