Warranty Period

The period starting from the delivery date of the goods that covers the manufacturer's or importer's obligation of free repair. The Warranty Certificate Regulation sets this period at a minimum of two years; the time the goods spend in repair is added to the warranty period.

The start of the period is not the purchase but the delivery date. This distinction matters especially for products with a long preparation time or bought in bulk within a project. The days spent in service for repair are not left outside the period; on the contrary, they are added to the end of it.

For AXI products the period is product-specific and stated in the technical table: for example, 36 months on the GS740 throttle-speed control kit, 24 months warranty and 10 years spare parts on the HCT402 hydraulic lever control kit, and 2 years stated on the KTS200 RV levelling system. For products with no warranty line in their technical table, the information on the product page and the warranty certificate supplied with the product are taken as the basis.
