Retract All Jacks

Retract All Jacks is the function that pulls all four jacks fully in with a single command. It is the most critical step before setting off: a single jack left extended will strike the ground, a speed bump or a kerb along the way and destroy both the jack and its chassis mount. On the KTS200 it is provided as a separate safety function.

The function drives the jacks up to their topmost positions and stops them there. Single-button operation exists to eliminate the chance of forgetting a jack when breaking camp.

Your departure checklist should run in this order: retract the jacks, verify all four visually, remove the wheel chocks, disconnect the shore power and water connections. Removing the chocks before the jacks can let the vehicle slide while it is still on the jacks; that is why the order matters.
