Receiver Module
This is the unit that verifies the radio frame coming from the transmitter and converts the command into a relay contact. There are two types in AXI sets: the LF100R gives a 2×10A relay output for mounting inside a panel, while the LT200R is mounted on the machine with an IP67 outdoor housing, a cable gland entry and a gasketed cover.
The receiver does three things one after another: it receives the frame, checks the identity code and its integrity, and if valid pulls in the relevant relay. Outputs dropping when no valid signal arrives is the expected behaviour; verify this behaviour on your machine with no load during commissioning and confirm it from the user manual.
- LF100R: used in the ST100 2-channel and SF100 sets, has a 2×10A relay output, and is mounted inside a dry panel. The protection rating is provided by the panel itself.
- LT200R: used in the SF200 set, has an IP67 sealed housing; the cables pass through a gland and the cover closes with a gasket.
The product code and relay ampere rating of the ST100 4-channel and the ST200 4- and 6-channel receivers are not stated in the product data; do not carry the 10A figure over to these variants. On the supply side, the SF100 and ST100 receivers work with 12/24V DC or 220V AC, while for the SF200 only 12/24V DC is given. Placing the receiver as far as possible from the inverter and motor cable is the cheapest measure for range and stability.
