Emergency Stop

Emergency Stop is the safety command that instantly cuts all ongoing jack movement. If you see an unexpected situation during an automatic cycle, it stops the movement without waiting for the system's own protections to act. On the KTS200 it is listed among the safety features.

Automatic protections work according to the quantities they measure: current protection catches overload, and the timeout catches a movement that is not completed within the expected time. However, some hazards do not show up in these two quantities.

In these situations you are the one who decides. After pressing Emergency Stop do not restart the system immediately: first remove the cause and, if necessary, use Retract Jacks to bring them all in and start the cycle from the beginning. Having the remote control or the connected device within reach is the precondition for this function; putting the phone in your pocket and walking away during levelling means losing the only means of immediate intervention you have.
