Distance Sales Contract

A sales contract concluded by the seller and the buyer without meeting physically, using distance communication tools. Orders placed over the internet fall into this type and are subject to the provisions of Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The contract is concluded with the text you approve before the payment step and puts the parties' obligations in writing. Its content includes the seller's identity details, the product and quantity subject to the order, the total price, the delivery method, the right of withdrawal and the routes for dispute applications.

There is an important distinction: this protection regime is specific to consumer transactions. Purchases made for commercial or professional purposes, with a company name and tax number, fall outside the scope of consumer legislation and are assessed according to general commercial provisions. In industrial control products, whether the purchase is of a consumer or commercial nature is understood from the capacity in which you had the invoice issued. For the detail of the application, the current terms on your order page and in the sales contract apply.
