SN24100 is a 12/24V DC motor speed and direction control module with a full MOSFET bridge output and an independently adjustable torque limit for each direction. This per-direction torque limit — AntiSwitch — stops the motor automatically the moment it meets an obstruction or a mechanical end stop, removing the need for external limit switches.
Control comes from 4 digital inputs (right-direction start, left-direction start, right-direction stop, left-direction stop) plus a 4-button remote control that triggers the exact same 4 functions wirelessly. Inputs run on a 5-30V DC positive trigger, so they interface directly with anything from a PLC output to a simple push button.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does AntiSwitch actually do?
Once the torque/current limit you set for a direction is exceeded — the motor hits a mechanical end or jams — motion in that direction stops automatically. No external limit switch or sensor is required.
Does it need an encoder or position sensor?
No. SN24100 relies on digital inputs and the AntiSwitch torque limit; it has no encoder input. Applications needing exact position feedback should use an encoder-equipped model instead.
What can I wire into the digital inputs?
Anything giving a 5-30V DC positive trigger at up to 3mA draw: a push button, a relay output, a PLC digital output or a sensor. The 4 inputs map to right start, left start, right stop and left stop.
Does the remote replace the wired inputs?
No, they work together. The 4-button remote triggers the same 4 functions (right/left start-stop) wirelessly; your wired inputs can stay connected at the same time.
What does IP64 cover?
IP64 means the enclosure is fully dust-protected and resists water splashing from any direction. It is not rated for submersion or high-pressure washing.
How much current can the motor draw?
The output stage is tested at 10A continuous at 24V, 60°C ambient, and tolerates transient inrush spikes of 25-30A on startup. For higher continuous current, consider AXI's KS250 or PT500 series.
