The KTS200 Caravan Leveling System is a complete "leveling" solution — engineered end to end by AXI — that automatically levels your caravan at a single touch on any ground you park on. On sloped, uneven or rough surfaces it brings your caravan to a perfectly horizontal position within seconds, for a comfortable stay inside and a safe stance outside.
At the heart of the system are the ASX103 leveling brain, which houses a high-resolution tilt sensor, and the GRV485 automatic control unit, which drives all four legs simultaneously. It ships as a complete set together with four 12V DC electric legs — each with a 2000 kg load capacity — plus all wiring and mounting hardware. Thanks to the dedicated web app included free of charge, you can start fully automatic leveling or control any individual leg manually with millimetric precision.

Key Features
How Automatic Leveling Works
The KTS200 runs the leveling process step by step with an advanced algorithm, and you can follow every step in full detail from the web app.
-
Ground ContactAll legs extend one by one in sequence from their lowest position. Thanks to the advanced detection algorithm, the exact moment each leg touches the ground is pinpointed precisely.
-
Front–Rear Tilt CorrectionThe system first eliminates the longitudinal (front–rear) tilt, establishing balance along the length of the caravan.
-
Left–Right Tilt CorrectionIt then corrects the lateral (left–right) tilt. Coarse leveling on both axes is now complete.
-
Precision LevelingIn the final stage it switches to precision mode and completes leveling with 0.025° precision. Micro adjustments achieve a flawless horizontal position.
Operating Modes
| Mode | What it does |
|---|---|
| Automatic Leveling | The system runs the whole process at a single touch: ground contact → tilt correction → 0.025° precision leveling. |
| Manual Control | Single leg / paired group (right-left-front-rear) / all legs; for installation, maintenance and special ground. |
| Wind Mode | Maintains a stable balance against external influences on windy days. |
| Precision Mode | A profile that prioritizes precision when there is movement inside the caravan. |
Current-protected drive and timeout-based safety controls are active for every leg. In an unexpected situation the legs are never forced under excessive load.
The Emergency Stop button cuts all motion instantly; the system is designed to protect the motors and mechanical parts.
Web App & Connectivity
You connect to the device over Bluetooth using the web app provided free of charge. Through the app you can start fully automatic leveling, control any leg manually, monitor tilt via the spirit-level display and live degree values, and track every step of the leveling process. The device's broadcast name and connection password can be customized by the user from the app, making the device truly yours.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does leveling take?
Depending on ground conditions and the starting tilt, the system extends the legs to the ground in sequence, corrects the tilt on both axes and then switches to precision mode, typically completing leveling within a few minutes. You can follow the process step by step from the web app.
Can I move just one specific leg?
Yes. From the web app you can manually control a single leg, paired groups (right, left, front, rear) or all legs at once. This is ideal for installation, maintenance and special ground conditions.
What is the zeroing (Tare) function for?
The zeroing function treats the current position as "zero", and the system then levels relative to that reference. Use it if you have a preferred tilt in your caravan or want to compensate for installation-related deviations.
When should I use wind mode and precision mode?
Wind mode is used on windy days, and precision mode when there is movement inside the caravan (people walking around), to maintain balance. Both modes provide a stable stance despite external influences.
How do I connect — do I need to install a separate app?
You connect to the device over Bluetooth using the free web app; there is no need to install a store app. You can set the device's broadcast name and connection password yourself.
How do software updates arrive?
The KTS200 features over-the-air (OTA) software updates, so your device keeps improving. If a customer-specific situation arises, remote parameter updates and software intervention can be performed over a remote connection.
Can I get help during installation?
Yes. We provide one-to-one telephone technical support during assembly and installation. The product comes with a wiring diagram and user manual.
What does the warranty cover?
The KTS200 comes with a 2-year full warranty covering the leveling brain, control unit, legs and all electronic components. Because the system is designed and manufactured 100% by AXI, service and spare parts are entirely ours.
