HCT402-KM Replacement Remote Control is the handheld unit only from AXI Technology's HCT402-KM ignition/starter control kit — no servo motor, SF100R receiver, mounting bracket or relay wiring included. If you already have a working HCT402-KM system installed, this lets you buy just the remote.

The remote is identical hardware to the original 4-button HCT402-KM remote: get it to replace a lost or damaged remote, hand a second operator their own unit, or keep spare stock for fleet vehicles running HCT402-KM. You pair it to your existing system yourself.

Two systems, one remote, no reinstall. If the remote is lost or faulty, the servo motor, SF100R receiver and wiring on your vehicle stay untouched — just pair the new remote to both links and keep working.

How to Pair It

The remote's two links are paired separately:

Hydraulic lever (HC402 servo)

Hold the joystick right while releasing Emergency Stop to start pairing; test the lever slowly in both directions.

Ignition/Starter (SF100R receiver)

The new remote is taught to the SF100R receiver via its learn mode. The exact button sequence is in the installation guide — contact support if you'd like step-by-step help.

Test in order

With the vehicle stationary, test ignition on/off first, then hold for starter crank.

This remote is only compatible with HCT402-KM kits (HC402 servo motor + SF100R receiver). The standard HCT402 remote has no Starter/Stop buttons (joystick + Emergency Stop only), and the HCT402-D differential-drive kit uses a wired joystick — both are physically different remotes and are not compatible with this unit.
