Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement is concluded under the conditions below between AXI TEKNOLOJİ LTD. ŞTİ. ("SITE OWNER") and the person who wishes to register on the website at axiteknoloji.com (the "MEMBER").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to regulate the conditions under which the MEMBER may benefit from the services offered through the site, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership Conditions

• The person wishing to become a member must be at least 18 years old.
• They must not be under any legal incapacity.
• Their membership must not have been previously canceled by the SITE OWNER.
• The information on the membership form must be accurate, up to date and complete.

4. Rights and Obligations of the MEMBER

1. The MEMBER agrees to comply with the relevant legislation, public morals and the rules of honesty while completing the membership procedures and using the site services.
2. The MEMBER is obliged to keep their membership information confidential; they may not share their password with third parties.
3. All transactions made through the MEMBER's account are the MEMBER's responsibility.
4. The MEMBER may not copy, reproduce or distribute the content published on the site without permission.
5. The MEMBER may not transact through the site using fake payment information, stolen credit cards or similar fraudulent methods.
6. The MEMBER may not engage in viruses, malware or similar actions that may threaten the security of the site.
7. The MEMBER may not engage in conduct that infringes the rights of other members.

5. Rights and Obligations of the SITE OWNER

1. The SITE OWNER makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the services offered through the site are uninterrupted; however, it cannot be held responsible for outages caused by technical failures and maintenance work.
2. The SITE OWNER undertakes to protect the users' MEMBER information within the scope of the KVKK.
3. The SITE OWNER reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account of a MEMBER who acts in breach of the terms of the agreement, without prior notice.
4. The SITE OWNER may change the services, content, prices and campaigns offered on the site without prior notice.

6. Termination of Membership

• The MEMBER may terminate their membership at any time. To do so, they may request membership cancellation via the "My Account" page or apply in writing to teknolojiaxi@gmail.com.
• The SITE OWNER may unilaterally terminate the accounts of members who breach the terms of the agreement.
• When membership ends, the MEMBER's order history remains on file for the legal retention period (10 years); other personal data is deleted or anonymized within the scope of the KVKK.

7. Protection of Personal Data

For detailed information on the processing and protection of the MEMBER's personal data, please refer to the KVKK Information Notice and the Privacy Policy pages.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements such as logos, trademarks, texts, visuals, designs and software on the site belong to the SITE OWNER and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the relevant legislation.

9. Changes to the Agreement

The SITE OWNER reserves the right to change this agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site. If the MEMBER continues to use the site after the change, they are deemed to have accepted the new terms.

10. Resolution of Disputes

The Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes that may arise from this agreement. In consumer disputes, the relevant Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the legal monetary limits.

11. Effective Date

This agreement enters into force upon the MEMBER's completion of the membership registration in the electronic environment and is valid indefinitely unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
