2. Basic Qualifications of the Product/Service Subject to the Contract

The kind, quantity, brand/model information, units, sale price and payment method of the products you select during the order are shown on the product page and in the cart summary. All this information is displayed again on the cart page before order confirmation.

3. Sale Price (VAT Included)

The sale prices of the products (taxes included), the shipping fee and any additional charges are clearly stated in the order summary. The total payment amount is shown to you before you confirm the order.

4. Payment Method

The following payment methods may be used:

• Credit card / Debit card (via the QNBPay secure payment infrastructure)
• Wire transfer / EFT

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery is carried out via the contracted courier company to the address specified by the CONSUMER.
• The delivery period is a maximum of 30 business days from order confirmation (typically 1-5 business days).
• The shipping fee varies depending on your order amount. Shipping is free for orders of 2.500 TL and above.
• The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify your request through the contact channels on our site.

7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there are products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. For details, please review the Distance Sales Contract page.

8. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

• The product must be returned together with its original invoice.
• The product's box, packaging and any standard accessories must be complete and undamaged.
• After approval of the return, the payment amount is refunded via the same payment method within 14 days.
• The return shipping cost is borne by the CONSUMER (if the product is defective, it is borne by the SELLER).

9. Dispute Resolution

You may submit your complaints and objections to the relevant Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set each December by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

10. Confirmation

The CONSUMER is deemed to have declared electronically that they have read, understood and accepted this Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract upon confirming the order.
