Distance Sales Agreement

1.2. Buyer
The buyer specified on the order form (the "CONSUMER").
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this Contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation in connection with the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the CONSUMER from the SELLER's website axiteknoloji.com, the qualifications and sale price of which are specified below.
3. Product/Service Subject to the Contract
The kind and type of the products, their quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, order number and delivery information are as specified on the order page and in the order summary sent to the CONSUMER.
4. General Provisions
- The CONSUMER acknowledges that they have read and become informed about the basic qualifications of the product subject to the Contract, its sale price (VAT included), payment method, and the preliminary information regarding delivery, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
- The product subject to the Contract is delivered to the courier within 15 business days from the finalization of the order, depending on the distance to the CONSUMER's place of residence for each product, provided that the legal 30 (thirty)-day period is not exceeded.
- The product is delivered to the address specified by the CONSUMER through the contracted courier company.
- If, after delivery of the product, the price is not paid to the SELLER by the bank due to the unauthorized use of the CONSUMER's credit card by malicious persons, the price shall immediately be returned to the SELLER even if the CONSUMER has accepted the product.
- The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
5. Payment and Delivery
- The CONSUMER may pay by credit card or debit card via the secure payment infrastructure (QNBPay).
- If the payment is not approved, the order is canceled.
- The shipping fee is borne by the CONSUMER as specified on the order page (if above the free-shipping threshold, it is borne by the SELLER).
6. Right of Withdrawal
The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.
For the right of withdrawal to be exercised:
- The product's original packaging must be undamaged,
- The product must be unused and in resalable condition,
- The invoice must be returned

7. Products to Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Applied
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Products prepared in line with the CONSUMER's wishes or personal needs,
- Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned and are at risk of rapid deterioration,
- Sound and image recordings, software and computer consumables whose packaging has been opened,
- Services performed instantly in the electronic environment,
- Single-use products and hygiene products
8. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an e-mail to teknolojiaxi@gmail.com or to fill out the return form on our site. The product price is refunded to the CONSUMER's account within 14 days from the time the withdrawal notice reaches the SELLER.
9. Default and Its Legal Consequences
In the event the CONSUMER defaults on transactions made by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the cardholder bank's contract and will be liable to the bank.
10. Competent Court
Within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Provincial and District Consumer Arbitration Boards have jurisdiction; for disputes above these limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; and where these are not present, the Civil Courts of First Instance have jurisdiction.
11. Effective Date
Upon placing the order in the electronic environment, the CONSUMER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract. The contract enters into force upon order confirmation.
