KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data Controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed in the scope explained below by AXI TEKNOLOJİ LTD. ŞTİ. in its capacity as data controller.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The personal data collected from you;

• Creation, processing, tracking and delivery of your orders,
• Performance of payment transactions and invoicing,
• Provision of customer service and resolution of complaints,
• Fulfillment of legal obligations,
• Creation and management of your membership account,
• Marketing and promotional activities (within the scope of your explicit consent),
• Improvement of our service quality and analytics activities

will be processed within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

• Identity Information: First name, last name, Turkish national ID number (for invoicing)
• Contact Information: E-mail, phone, address
• Customer Transaction Information: Order, payment, delivery information
• Transaction Security: IP address, cookie records, browser information
• Financial Information: Invoice information (card details are not stored by us; processed via the PSP)

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to courier companies for delivery of orders, to QNBPay/bank PSPs for payment transactions, to authorized public institutions in case of legal obligation, and to our financial advisor for accounting processes. Your data is not transferred abroad.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through our website via the membership form, order form and contact form. The legal grounds are; conclusion and performance of the contract (Art. 5/2-c), fulfillment of legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

6. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a personal data subject, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing the data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• To request deletion or destruction of the data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
• To request that the actions taken be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To object to a result that is unfavorable to you arising solely from the analysis of your data through automated systems,
• To request indemnification of damages in the event you suffer loss due to unlawful processing

7. Application Method

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK in writing to the company address mentioned above or via e-mail to teknolojiaxi@gmail.com. Your application will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
