1. Parties

These Terms of Use govern the rules for the use of the website axiteknoloji.com (hereinafter the "SITE") operated by AXI TEKNOLOJİ LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter the "SELLER").

Every user who uses the site is deemed to have accepted these terms.

Electronic and technological products are sold through the site. The site serves only within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye.

3. Membership

7. Order and Payment

Your order is finalized after payment is approved and stock is checked. Payments are received via a secure payment infrastructure (QNBPay); your card details are not stored by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

The SELLER does not guarantee that the site will operate uninterrupted and error-free. The service may be temporarily suspended in cases of technical failure, maintenance work or force majeure. The SELLER is not liable for damages arising from such situations.

9. Account Cancellation

The SELLER reserves the right to suspend or close the accounts of users who violate the terms of use, engage in unlawful activities or threaten site security, without prior notice.

10. Changes

The SELLER has the right to change these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site.

11. Dispute Resolution

The Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes that may arise from these Terms of Use. In consumer disputes, the relevant Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
